01. Can I pick the services I want?
Yes, you certainly can pick and choose the services that you want. You are the customer, and you tell us what to do!
02. Is the cost for services covered by my health plan?
Royal Homecare Solutions offers flexible and affordable solutions to care. Because some payment options have certain eligibility requirements and service limitations Royal Homecare Solutions currently accepts private pay for its home care services.
03. Are your employees insured and bonded?
Yes, all our employees are screened so that they can be bonded and insured.
04. Do I get to pick the person looking after me?
Yes, if you do not like the match, we made you can help us in finding a better employee match.
05. Are all your employees’ nurses?
Our employees are not nurses. We are a non-medical home care agency; we help our clients with their non-medical needs. We match the employee's training to best fit your needs.
06. Are your employees trained?
Yes, most of our employees have specific training in caregiving as CNA’s, HHA or PCA’s. We also train our employees internally through the Royal Homecare Solutions training program. Our employees are encouraged to continue their education and training throughout their employment with us.
07. What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
You have a choice of cancelling the appointment or allowing us to send a replacement caregiver.
08. Is YOUR COMPANY service only available in the home?
Yes, we provide our services to you in the comfort of your home.
